the moment of death

At the moment of death, all alone one may sit and wonder what is to become of them. Will there be a memory of this [event] in the end? No one will ever truly know what it was that you were thinking during the final moments...

The 'mind' has been considered by many educated individuals to be a construct and what is beyond the brain. Yes indeed the brain has a function in thought, but what of reason?

So here now the notion of mind and soul begin to partially take form and mutually coexist. but can they? does the mind live on beyond those final moments? can you look onto ones self after the moment of death has occured?
