The only way left to go is up...

Really, what's left to find for us to destroy? Trees are being cut down at an alarming rate, speicies are being slaughtered because no one wants to not had a piece of them before they died (counter productive), and we are tossing up more crap into our atmosphere than ever before. I figure since we have explored this path so well, and know it inside and out, that perhaps we should try going the other way for a change and see how that works out for us. Who knows, we may end up with more trees, fresher air, more wild animals and a cleaner environment in general. But thats just my opinion. What do I know in comparison to the 5.5 billion people who think differently?
